First, this booking was made on behalf of an employee of mine who was traveling to the area for business. The hotel staff was very kind and accomodating as I tried to make this booking and pre-pay for the stay. The hotel itself was lovely, the rooms were comfy and immaculate, and the breakfast was great.

The suburban/semi-rural location was perfect — just a 5-minute walk to the bank & coffee shop and a 15-minute bus ride into town. All staff members — from the gardener to the highest level of hotel staff — were very welcoming & helpful.

Breakfast was great, continental with fresh cooked eggs on request. Staff were very friendly. Room was excellent, private at one end of the centre. Restaurant was superb, very delightful meal and staff we excellent.

I am so glad I found this hotel on booking - we arrived around 6pm, booked dinner for 7pm and the dinner was really amazing! I have never eaten better dinner. Staff was really great, helpful and fun to talk to. Breakfast was also delicious - don’t be afraid to ask about an egg, they will definitely make you some if you will want. We really enjoyed our stay and if I will ever be back in Switzerland, I know where I will stay.
