Landhotel Hirschen Swiss Quality

I am so glad I found this hotel on booking - we arrived around 6pm, booked dinner for 7pm and the dinner was really amazing! I have never eaten better dinner. Staff was really great, helpful and fun to talk to. Breakfast was also delicious - don’t be afraid to ask about an egg, they will definitely make you some if you will want. We really enjoyed our stay and if I will ever be back in Switzerland, I know where I will stay.

The owner, Albi welcomed us and treated us like royalty. Everyone was so lovely. We had an excellent room. Dinner was a real treat and the restaurant is outstanding. Great design, lighting, fabulous wine selection and expertly prepared food that was creative and delicious.

Exceptionally high level for a 3 stars hotel. Clean as always expected in Switzerland. Not even the smallest detail was out of control - not even a scratch in the room! The staff were really pleasant and helped me a lot by letting me have breakfast earlier, so that I could reach the job in time for my duties. The place is about good food and good wines, they got a great automatic wine bar in the lounge - a lounge which is comfortable and furnished with a lot of good taste. Colors, selection of chairs and sofas, it is a feel good place. Exceeding the expectations for a hotel of this category and price level.

a beautiful hotel in a lovely village close to Aarau. staff were so friendly and helpful. will definitely stay there again.
